On Monday, February 17, a dog in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, was fortunate to have two police officers assist him when his head became lodged in a plastic treat jar.
Two worried dog owners can be seen in Whitefish Bay cops Department footage coming to the station with a strange request: could the cops remove their dog from the plastic container that is on his head?
When Murphy the dog’s head became caught while he was attempting to get the final Milk Bone, his owners tried everything, even going to the vet, but were unable to remove the jar.
Murphy was fortunate to have cops Potthast and Streeter nearby to cut through the plastic jar and ultimately release Murphy.
